The majority of our candidates are Polish, but we do have candidates from many other EU member countries, and we are extremely interested in receiving applications from any fully-qualified specialists (CCST or equivalent) and specialty doctors (old staff grade), who are interested in working in the UK, Denmark, Greenland or the Faroe Islands.
We have a good success rate in the recruitment and retention of suitable applicants, partly because we have contacts with large numbers of potential applicants, and partly because we put extra effort into working in close collaboration with our clients’ clinical departments and medical staffing personnel.
We specialise inchronic "hard-to-fill" vacancies where our clients have not been able to find appointable applicants. Medical staffing costs are extremely high, and we aim to ease this burden by enabling hospitals to make substantial savings by replacing their long-term locums with doctors recruited into permanent posts.

For our candidates we provide full support & advice along each step of the recruitment process. This could be anything from how to fill out a CV, training in interview techniques, how to obtain a medical/dental licence, making travel arrangements, etc, to a member of Christopher Hawgood's team accompanying our candidates to interviews & visits, to finding schools for the children or a job for the spouse or partner. We do not ask for any payment, and we do not accept any payment from candidates.
