Specialty Doctors (ANAE76ACN)

Location: North England

An NHS hospital trust in the north of England has asked us to recruit a number of anaesthesia doctors, who will be employed directly by the hospital on long-term contracts. These are not consultant-level job-vacancies, but the contracts include Programmed Activities for Continuing Professional and Personal Development aimed towards qualifying as a consultant or gaining the necessary NHS experience for fully-qualified specialists who haven’t worked in the UK before.

We have been asked to provide “speciality-doctors”, which used to be called “staff-grade”. The job-vacancies are most suitable for doctors who already have some years of general experience as anaesthetisia.

We would like to speak to specialty doctors about their experience of working in the NHS because part of our project is to help make this trust a model employer of specialty doctors.
