needed for the purpose of applying for official permission
to practice medicine in Denmark.

Note 2. The official letter confirming that you are a doctor
in good standing will need to state that you are permitted
to practice medicine and that there is nothing in your
professional or medical history which may prevent you
from continuing working as a doctor.  This letter will need
to be newly-written, and signed by an appropriate official
(from, for example, your regional office of Izba Lekarska).
