There are several different methods to apply for a vacancy. It is helpful to us if you will fill in our standard CV-form  because it covers all the information which is needed by the hospitals. However, your existing CV can also be accepted.  English is the preferred language for applications, however Polish language applications will also be accepted.

Online:
Method 1.  Use the Online CV system (preferred). 

Offline:
Method 2.  Complete our standard CV-form  and return it to applications@hawgood.org as a Word file attached to an e-mail.

When e-mailing us, please use your full name in the subject line. 

Method 3.  The CV-form may be copied either from the website or request a copy sent from our office at cv-form@hawgood.org and then pasted it into a Word document to be completed and returned to us later.

Method 4.  Fax a CV to (0045) 44 44 74 56

Method 5.  Print off the CV form and post it to us at:
