The Online CV-system is designed to be completed in two stages. The first is the Mini-CV which asks for basic information about who you are and what type of specialist you are.  The Mini-CV is designed to be simple and quick to fill in, probably taking just a few minutes.  If you have a slow internet connection, data transfer between pages may take some seconds, and we ask for patience while this takes place.

When you submit the Mini-CV, we will look at it, and, if your qualifications and experience appear to satisfy the requirements of a current job-vacancy, we will send you an e-mail to ask you to complete a more detailed Full CV.  We will respond to your Mini-CV within a few days.

The e-mail inviting you complete a Full-CV will include a User-ID and an individual Password.  We advise you to look at the standard CV form on the website (under “Offline”) before logging in to the Full CV, so that you are aware of the information which is required.  When you have submitted your Full-CV, you will not be able to alter the information, and that User-ID and Password will become invalid.

Please note, when we send CVs to the hospitals, it sometimes takes several weeks before we receive a decision about which applicants will be short-listed for interview. This is because the hospitals wish to compare the CVs of several applicants before deciding who to interview.
